I would like to take this opportunity to let you all know what a wonderful team BAPS are. As someone in the pet industry, I have run into Simone and Renee over the years at pet events and have recommended their services to my customers.
This year I had a need of my own, so started the process. We were put in touch with Rebecca, who services our area. We had a meet and greet and all went very well, I immediately felt comfortable with Rebecca and so did the animals.
So far Rebecca has cared for our fur/feathered babies twice, the latest being over the Christmas period.
I received photos and a report after each visit (2xdaily) and she also brought in the mail, washed up and put the garbage in the bin.
It can be a bit daunting trusting a stranger to come into your home and look after the kids, but I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BAPS and, will
indeed, use them again when needed.

THANK YOU! I recently reached out to a mothers group in desperate need of someone to come and feed our dogs at very late notice while we drove interstate & your company was the first mentioned. We have never left our dogs in care of a stranger before & I was super anxious for not only our fur babies but for the person in charge of entering our property to feed them. WOW, how silly we were! You gave us absolutely nothing to worry about & went above and beyond any expectations we had. Renee, I can’t thank you enough! The photos, the communication, the care, everything! You are a life saver. Will not hesitate to book again, especially with the great prices you guys offer. It’s not often you receive a service far more then the moneys worth but you did exactly that.

These guys are literally the best. We went away for a few weeks recently and I needed the break so badly. Daily updates and photos from Rebecca took away any worries I had about my babies.
I had to go away for a few days for a family emergency and Rebecca wasn’t available so we had Renee. Still just as amazing!!! Updates and photos every single day whether you are away for a few days or weeks at a time. I don’t trust many people with my babies but these guys have earnt it!
